Who we are …

As fully fledged Yumchajunkies, we pride ourselves on our appreciation of the fluffiest Char-Siu So and the crispiest Ham Sui Goh … but although it may be hard to believe … beneath that dim-sum encrusted veneer of mystique … we’re just everyday people … just like you. Dim-sum is, for us and for millions of others, a living, breathing culinary-philosophy. One steeped in history and tradition and yet so versitile as to be open to accomodating the tastes of a rapidly “globaly-fusionising” food culture.

With our roots in Hong Kong, our team of afficionados were raised on steaming tablefulls of traditional fare, like Har-kau and Siu-mai from the downtown “Dim-sum dens” of Wanchai and Mongkok, but are just as familiar with some of the latter-day inventions of many dim sum establishments here in the UK.
